Our treatment approach

At ModernChiro,  we offer patient-centred chiropractic care to manage your musculoskeletal health. Our treatment approach is evidence-based. That means we use the latest research and proven techniques that are gentle, safe and effective.

What we can help with

Injuries and conditions affecting the spine, limbs, muscles and joints including back pain, neck pain, headaches, migraines, sports injuries, whiplash, strains and sprains, repetitive strain injuries, work injuries, arthritis, limited range of motion in the neck, back, shoulder or limbs, and chronic conditions affecting muscles and joints.

What does our chiropractic care involve?

Chiropractic is non-invasive, hands-on health care for the musculoskeletal systems  - bones, joints, muscles and ligaments, and some of the neurological system - nerves and the spinal cord. We do not use drugs or surgery. We can provide pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation to reduce pain, strengthen muscles and restore movement and joint function.

At ModernChiro, we apply a range of techniques to restore joint function and relieve pain. This might include highly-skilled and precise adjustments to the vertebrae of the spine or to limbs, and manual or specialised hi-tech vibration massage to reduce stiffness and muscle soreness.
